Version 0.3 alpha almost ready!

Yes! I finally got random city working, so you will be treated to a new city between 10x10 to 20x20 tiles each time!

Just some more test, and a few more fixes, and I'll release it :D

Release notes so far for 0.3 alpha:

- New city graphics (Worse than before, but will be updated along the way. Was needed for random level gen)
- Players and zombies no longer spawn inside buildings
- Random city each time! (From 10x10 to 20x20)
