Next version progress and new signed installer

Just a quick update, and a new installer :)

The only change in the new installer, is that both the game executable and installer is signed with my brand new code signing certicate :D
This should get rid of any windows warnings, when trying to install/run the game.

Stuff in progress:

- Random city generation
- New home made graphics. Simpler with less detail, but it will increase performance, fix the issue with spawns inside buildings, as well as allow for random city generation ;)
