Bug fix release 1.2:
- Fixed duplicate (and more) chat lines after death.
- Added ping key (F2).
- Disable other game keys when chat window open.
- Fixed collision type for remote players.
- Fixed host kill count not working.
- Fixed misc. issues where host called commands.
