Version 1.0 released!

Finally, version 1.0 is released!

This will be the final release for now, but I might re-visit it later if there's enough interest for it :)

Fixes are:

- Fixed missing shortcuts installer
- Added desktop shortcut option to installer
- Fixed door open sounds being heard everywhere
- Disabled non-functioning error message on trying to connect to server. Now it just stays on menu screen.
- Nerfed jumping ;)
- Converted game to 64-bit version (sorry 32-bit users, if any still alive)
- Fixed major bug, where you could keep scoring kills, after player died but their teleport effect was still active.
